⚠️ In order to connect your Office 365 directory to Signitic, you must have an Azure Active Directory administrator account.
1️⃣ Connecting Microsoft 365 and Signitic
Go to the Connectors tab of your administration interface.
Choose Microsoft 365 and then Connect, to be redirected to the page for accepting the various authorizations.
The requested authorizations are used to retrieve the list of your users and their attributes.
Once the different authorizations are given, you will be redirected to your new connector.
In concrete terms, this means that Signitic will apply your user additions, modifications or deletions on the platform on a daily basis.
Rewriting allows all user fields to be updated from Microsoft 365 on a daily basis.
More concretely: do you want or not that when an attribute is updated on a user, this attribute overwrites the attribute present on Signitic?
New active users by default
Définir le statut par défaut quand de nouveaux utilisateurs sont chargés depuis Microsoft 365.
Load profile pictures from the directory
By default, Signitic does not recover photos from the Microsoft 365 directory in order to optimize recovery time. If you want to recover them, you can enable this option.
Load the email aliases of your users to Signitic. Each alias is considered as a new user and can therefore have a different signature than the primary email.
Load shared mailboxes (mailboxes without Office 365 licenses) on Signitic. Each shared mailbox is considered as a new user and can therefore have a signature.
Filter the import of your users by Office 365 group: only users belonging to the selected groups will be added to your user list in Signitic.
In the list of choices, you have 3 fields available to automatically create your organization:
The user will be placed in the entity that corresponds to the value of the field in your directory. If the entity does not exist, it will be automatically created. If the Group field is not used in the mapping, the user will be placed in the main group of the entity.
Same as the entity field but to build an organization on 2 entity levels.
The user will be placed in the group that corresponds to the value of the field in your directory. If the group does not exist, it will be automatically created. If the Entity field is not used in the mapping, the selected entity will be the main one.
Here you have the possibility to choose where each Signitic field for your users' data comes from.
In the left column, you have the list of the destination field on the Signitic side and on the right the possibility to choose the field from your Microsoft directory.
These settings are used when adding a new user in Signitic but also at the daily update if the option to rewrite data is activated on the connector.
