In order to improve the deliverability ratio and prevent your emails from falling into spam because of your signature, you can set up a custom domain and use it in Signitic.

1 - Name your domain in Signitic

To enable your tracking domain, you will need to make 1 CNAME record on your hosting provider. You can start by filling in the name of your domain in Settings then Signature > Custom tracking domain.

2 - Create the CNAME record for the redirection

After having filled in your domain (Example: track.mydomain.com) in Signitic, you have to add it on your hosting provider's side. To locate the page for updating your domain's DNS records, you should search for a page called something like DNS Management, Name Server Management, or Advanced Settings.

The main steps are:

  1. Create a new DNS record. (Example: track.mydomain.com)

  2. Choose CNAME as record type.

  3. Enter custom.signitic.app in the record value.

Once the CNAME is set up, you should see the following screen when accessing the domain (example: https://track.mydomain.com):

3 - Validation of the domain

When everything is in place, the domain will be validated by the system and the next time you update your signatures, the new links will be automatically added in your signatures.
