From the Users menu, you have the option to invite your collaborators by email to modify their personal information.
The invitation contains the download link of the Signitic desktop application (MacOs).
Note: This invitation is not necessary to update the signature except for Apple Mail users under MacOS.
Go to the Users menu then select your users using the checkboxes to the left of each user or sort them with the filters available at the top of the page.
Then click on the Invite button in the grouped actions list.
You will be able to choose the language of the email and confirm to send the invitation.
