To perform grouped actions on your users or to review data, you can filter the users page according to specific criteria available at the top of the page.
You have 4 options at your fingertips:
a search bar allowing you to search for users by name, first name, email, group and entity.
A drop-down list according to the user's status (active/inactive).
A drop-down list to see whether or not the user has installed the desktop plug-in or the Outlook Add-in.
A drop-down list to sort by group and entity.
Once the filters have been set up, you can press the various buttons on the grouped action bar to invite, export, enable, disable or edit the selected users.
